In this segment, Lauren and Amy share a delicious and heart healthy breakfast starring…apples!
It’s fast, easy, and delicious. (Shhh….nobody needs to know it’s good for you.)
Grate a blend of your favorite apples in a food processor, and set aside.
Change to the blade attachment
Add freshly ground almond butter
1/2 cup almond milk
Mix in food processor until it forms a paste.
Drizzle over grated apples
Add a dash of cinnamon and sprinkle with crushed walnuts
It tastes guilty…but, it isn’t. Enjoy!
